Internet Sales Consultant - Inside Sales

Sales Consultant to join our team.

Commercial Web Services provides an array of Internet
marketing services to commercial equipment, truck and trailer dealers. We bundle
lead generation services -- search engine optimization, paid search and a
classified advertising network -- with an attractive, inventory-capable web site
to completely represent a dealer’s business online. We add web-based software
tools including inventory management, contact management, site management,
e-commerce, and a complete reporting suite to round out the package.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following:
- Research for sales prospect
- Interact with customers via phone and email
- Manage all customer interactions and resolve customer
service issues
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Outbound telesales to hot, warm and sometimes cold
leads
- Achieve individual minimal sales requirements
- Ability to work independently as a "self-starter"
- Ability to work as part of a performance-based team,
communicate effectively, clearly and professionally with team members
- Be able to follow direction and accomplish all tasks that
are given to you
Desired skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Must be able to articulate our process in its
entirety
- Organized and have ability to answer objections
